note to self: remember to disconnect sense of humour before going in to work tomorrow. it will just make communication easier. oh the things i've said in a kind of dry jest-ish way that people just stare blankly through and try to reassure me about. the people at work are really very nice, it's just kinda obvious that they work with paperwork and protocol 40 to 50 hours a week.

this was obviously just not a good week to start listening to Mighty Boosh on the bus in the morning.

note to The State Government: take your staff out on picnics every now and then. i think frisbee is better for the soul than redundancies and proforma.

the work is easy enough and the people are nice, but i can't say i'm upset that this gig is up next Friday.
